The Subscriptions page allows you to monitor each users individual subscription. There are a number of things you can see here.
- Status – This shows the current status of the subscription, its values are either Active (green dot) or cancelled (gray dot)
- User ID – this is the ID as tracked within the Sponsor system. This is what is linked to your user’s account and ties them to the corresponding tier.
- Subscription – the tier and group of subscription the user is currently in.
- Started at, Subscribed until and Cancelled at – Self explanatory date fields.
